Kiss- Because I’m A Girl (K-Pop)

I randomly found this very touching MV (by K-pop trio group, Kiss) from someone’s Facebook. I never believed her when she says she cried over and over after watching this clip…I was like, “yea mehhh? sooooooo touchy mehhhhh?” Well…why not just watch it since i’m so free at this moment.

So I gave it a try…and yes i did cry. *sobsob* By the way, this song has so many translation and i still love the Korean best! You know ler, Korean’s stuffs are always tear-jerking. The movie, the drama, even the songs! I wonder if they are that sentimental in real life ey?

Anyways, here’s the video of its Korean version with English and Korean subtitle. p/s:the lyrics of the song doesn’t really related with the video but i still do like the clip…

ENGLISH:

I just cant understand the hearts of menthey tell you they want you and then they leave youthis is the first time, you're specialI believed those words and I was so happy

you should have told me you didn't like me any morebut I couldn't see that and you just rushed mealthough I will curse you I'll still miss yousince I am a girl, to whom love is everything

i heard that if you give up things too easilyto a man, he will get bored with youi don't think this is wronga girl says that she will never be fooled againbut she will fall in love again

you should have told me you didn't like me any morebut I couldn't see that and you just rushed mealthough I will curse you I'll still miss yousince I am a girl, to whom love is everything

{narration]Hey babethe painit's not enough to describe how i feelwe were so happy togetherbut I know nowI've been blindyou told me that you'd never let me downwhenever I needed you you'd always be hereI can forgive but I cant forgeteven though you hurt meI still love youI still love you

{Narration} (Guy, only in the music video)There someone I'm in love with...Although I can't be with her now...I'm still in love with her...

************************************************************************************

See, it’s touching isn’t it? Who would sacrifice their most important organ to a person in reality? Tell me? who would? Who wanna be blind just for a person whom she/he doesn’t even know you still love her/him? Love is really blind here. I don’t need a person to sacrifice such thing for me, i just need him to love me whole heartedly, is it too hard to ask ? o.O

Btw, the girl in that clip is Goo Hye Jin but not very famous because i can’t find anything much about her. But look at her, she’s pretty!! Then the guy in this video is Shin Hyun Joon, and why most of the hot Korean actors are so old?

Anyway, there are English, Mandarin and Cantonese version of this song. Like i said earlier, Korean one is still the best!

Xu Jie Er (徐捷儿)-没有你的每一天 ‘Mei You Ni De Mei Yi Tian’ (Days Without You)

Jini From Kiss- English version

Jini is a American-Korean, that’s why she could sing this song in English.

BoBo Chan – 野种子 ‘ye zhong zi’ (wild seed)

Election 2008

Are you eligible to vote??If you are, please vote wisely for the sake of you and your generations’ future! If you think your one and only vote wouldn’t make the difference, you are WRONG! Because YOU make the difference, bare in mind!

Just imagine 9 out 10 people think like you, then we have lost 9 precious votes on polling day itself. And these 9 people would be the ones grumbling about…” why government does this, why they never act on fairness, why and why?” So…keep you mouth shut and take the action by just VOTING

Many of us are blur about politics so we simply being ignorant. A lot of people, including me, have no idea which party to vote for. Yup, so what do we do?

Internet is a very convenient tool for you to find out.Found a very useful link to know more about elections in Malaysia. What Is Election? How Does Our Vote Counts? So keep yourself update of the very current election news (just bare with the boredom) and discuss with our parents, I’m sure they do know at least better than us? Maybe this could be one of the time we actually sit down and discuss with them, but don’t quarrel over this issue which does not worth a sen to do so-lar.

So…are you ready?

    Remembering…Lydia Shum (沈殿霞)

We will always remember your laughter…

Lydia Shum 沈殿霞 known as ‘Fei Fei’ (肥肥,Fatty), the “happy Fruit’ (开心果),etc…has passed away on 19th February 2008 , 830 am (UTC +8) at the age of 60,61…no 62after been battling with liver cancer for almost a year. To be exact, is 60-year-old.

I used to watch her show which she hosted with the rest of the TVB celebrities. Her “wahahahahaha” laughter sound always remian my mind even after the show because it’s really very cheerful and jolly one that would make u laugh as well.

Her departure sure left many people feeling sad because she has been in the entertainment industry for almost a decade. None of the chinese wouldn’t know her name unless they are the typical ‘banana’ who doesn’t watch any chinese show at all. She left behind her grown up daughter, Joyce Cheng (郑欣宜) who lost almost 45kg in a year!!!! Before that her body size was almost something like her late mom,Lydia Shum but look at her now…click here And also her ex-husband, Adam Cheng (郑少秋or 秋官) that she used to love so much. They got married in 1984 and divorced after Joyce was born in year 1987. Their marriage didn’t last because along the way came up a third party, some celebrity whom i don’t know. Click here for more of their story behind the scene. Sorry, this article is in Chinese though. -_-~

I feel she’s like a ‘Dai ka jie” (big sister) in Hong Kong showbiz because everyone respected her as a veteran actress/artist and always giving the protections as needed. Looking at her experience, i also wanna ‘kau tau’ (bow down) to her. Let’s us pray for her soul to be in a better place, and her family especially her daughter,Joyce and friends will be strong and move on.

At the same time can check out Lydia’s daughter, Joyce’s blog too.

    Happy Chinese New Year 新年快乐!!

Happy Chinese New Year To Everyone!!

    New Year Eve

This is the time where each of us will be travelling back to our homes to join our loved ones for the warmth reunion dinner specially prepared by our mothers or our grandmas. As time goes by, the percentage of many of us couldn’t make it to the gathering is getting higher because most of us are too busy with works or studying abroad. I’d always have a quiet reunion dinner because my family members are pretty small, but we’d always delay it on another day where everyone is available because most of us have a very odd working schedule.

This year, the year of Rat which is my year as i was born on the year of rat! As i was saying, this year i get to celebrate the Chinese New Year ‘freely’ due to my ‘long break’ since 2 weeks ago. I don’t have to worried if i would miss any gathering this year and this means i’m gonna be very very BROKE too because i’d be probably attending EVERY gathering? And u know one dinner would cost about RM 50 at least…so please pray for me that i could get many BIG Ang Paus ( Red Packet) this year. *please…!!* Well, i think that prayer will never come true because once you’ve started working, the Ang Pau just shrink into smaller and smaller…*sigh*

When I was younger, Chinese New Year means ang paus!!!!! hahahah So when i don’t get as many ang pau as last time, Chinese New Year is starting to make me bored…I always dislike New Year Eve because i had to help my mom to do many many last minute stuffs for this festive! I’d always grumble and doing them reluctantly but now, i would love to help my mom because this is the time where we can tie our relationships closer, although I’d still feel a little of grumpiness in my heart.

Usually the fireworks or the fire crackers will be playing nearly to midnight as to count down the first day of new year. So, please bare with the noisy ‘Bang!Bang!Bang!’ throughout the night. I feel like kicking their asses off in the neighbour hood! I just hate the noise of being Chinese New Year, seriously. (sign of aging)

First Day Of Chinese New Year 初一(chu yi)

This is the day that the Lord has made…lalala…*opppps* no I meant, this is the day …to welcome the Chinese New Year!!! Normally, the Chinese especially the Buddhist would avoid to eat meat, to ensure their longevity for them…I don’t care, because i know i eat or not i will be die young! See, DIE 死(si) is a NO NO word to be mentioned at all in Chinese New Year!! If my late grandma heard about it sure i’d be nagged and nagged until the end of the day. Again, it’s time to collect ang pau so this is the day we are paying visits to our elder family members, and relatives.

Then, second day and third day would just go on with the visiting (makan), gatherings, mah jongs and gambling…etc.

May this year of Rat brings you health, wealth, and love with your loved ones.

恭喜发财(Gong Xi Fa Cai) ,my very own house greetings to visitors

My mom’s special Chinese New Year Cake, Prosperous Prune Cake.

The Usual Chinese New Year Deco…

    1. The Firecrackers
    2. The greeting cards

Thank you to all who sent your Chinese New Year greetings…

    3. Hampers
    4. The Mandarin Oranges (kam)

    5. The Golden Fish, 年年有鱼(余)(nian nian you yu)

A pathetic-self,me wishing you all a Prosperous and a Healthy Rattie year!!!
    Once again…
